I'm super happy to be on your show, Sandy. And, yeah, we just talked a little bit about our backgrounds, and I can't wait to get this started.

The love tuner. And the love tuner. I'm going to let you talk about it in a minute, but it just sounds so incredible. So, yeah. So happy to have you here.

Let's start off with I love hearing you gave me a little bit about your background, but I want to hear your story. Like, how did you get to being a swimmer, right, in high school and coming from Austria, how did you, what happened? What was that defining momentous that switched you to take this trajectory in life? You know, like, I think the background of people can be so various, you know? And whatever happens in somebody's life is most of the time, it's just, you know, somebody else writes your life plan and you always have your free will to change it.

But in my case, everything actually happened to when I look back for a reason, this is in everybody's life. It's not just a phenomenon that I experience. But I think in life, when you trust yourself and you follow the right callings, and I think this creates your life. And this happened to me. I was born in a family where I would say creativity was not.

I mean, my mom was very creative. She was actually a fashion designer, too. But it was all set up, like, study economics, go like the corporate route, or even start the own business. And I recognized very early that, that's not my thing. And I went into architecture and also an accident.

They ended up in fashion. And the last thing is literally this meditation device. And this is what is actually my personal calling. I got introduced to this frequency from a dear friend of mine who passed away already unfortunately, and I was already on the past. I learned meditating many years ago and I think I was sufficient to a certain degree.

And then I did a breastwork class with this 528. It was called the aqua journey. It took 50 minutes. So listening to 528 hz doing a conscious breathing exercise. And I went like wow, that's very different.

And so much more powerful than any meditation I ever did before, guided meditation or meditating by myself. And this actually, yeah, opened up a completely different world. And this is when we created the love tuner. This was basically what we wanted. We wanted to have something where people can instantly disconnect, get in a meditative state of mind and combine breath work with sound healing.

And this is now nearly ten years ago and it came a long way since then. And yeah, and it's a tool for everyone. It's like, it's not, you don't have to be spiritually educated, you don't need to be intellectually, you don't need to read books and books about stuff. You don't have to sign up for a meditation class. It's a small little, I wear it here, singletone flute.

You wear it as a necklace and it comes out of this cap. And when you blow through this so you do a conscious breathing break. You connect to this 528 hz frequency and on a spiritual level you invite love in your life and you arrive in the end. Now. So this all we want from meditation.

And the only thing is this is instantly and very fast. So with six cycles you can completely rebalance your system. You can into meditative state of mind. It takes you out of your stress level, it reduces your stress level and it helps you to overcome this fight and flight mode where we are constantly triggered. And because when we do a breathing break we disconnect basically our nervous system, the parasympathetic from the sympathetic nervous system.

It gives you the feeling of relaxation. The vibration aligns your water molecules in your body because we are like 75% or even more water. Blood is 91%. And the knowledge that we found about the 528 hz frequency and why it is so profound to humans is there was a japanese scientist, emoto, he wrote a book about the hidden messages in water. So where he settles in, water has memories, it reacts to it.

And when you play, for example, to regular tap water, this frequency, we even have it on our homepage. You can look it up on thelovetuner.com. if you tune the water, even with this tuner, you can expose to 528 hz frequency through speakers. But even when you do it with a tuner, within a short amount of time, it completely restructures the molecular state in the water to the original hexagonal shape of water, like coming out from a mountain spring. And this is what it does also obviously on our body system.

And this is what it is like. It's a physical reaction. And obviously this physical reaction opens up your spiritual connection. It opens up your connection to your source or the source, whatever you want to call it. And it also helps you to reconnect yourself.

And that's the most important thing because it's all about self empowerment. Oh, for sure. Unbelievable. For those listeners that aren't familiar, can you explain the 528 hz frequency and why frequency is so important? I mean, I know love when you're in that true state of love is one of the highest frequencies that you can achieve based on the map of consciousness that you know.

David Hawkins, map of consciousness. Can you just explain that a little bit? And because you call it the love vibration. Yeah, yeah. So the 528 hz frequency was actually, in ancient times, our regular c note on a musical scale.

And over time, the musical scale got multiple time adjusted. So this is why the 528 hz actually disappeared from our music. But what the interesting thing is, it's the most dominant. They are called solfaccio frequency. These are all mathematical frequencies which all have healing qualities.

The 528 hz is the most prominent solfacio frequency. And it resonates on the core of every being on a heart level. So this is why it's called the love frequency. And as you just said, I mean, we all know that the frequency of love, the unconditional love, not the love between humans, but the unconditional love is the highest frequency that we can achieve, followed by gratitude, so on and so on. Kindness and obviously authenticity, that's a very, very important thing.

And the 528 hz especially is not a man made frequency. It's a cosmic frequency. So for example, the humming of the bees when they're pollinating is 520, vibration of leaves, of trees, whatever, is 528 hz. That's the reason why our leaves are green, because the 520 hz on a color spectrum has the color green. And when you put an amplifier on a leaf, we have this also.

And I think in one of our social media platforms, we had someone that did the testing for us. And he went into jungle in a jungle, and he measured various plants with an amplifier. And it absolutely was the 528 hz frequency what he measured on every plant. And that's just very, very interesting. Then, on the musical side, John Lennon wrote the most important love and peace song ever.

It's now over 50 years old. I think it's imagine. And he composed it in 520 hz. So there's a knowledge out there, there's awareness out there. And I.

And this is why this frequency is so fascinating. And we share a lot of information about it. In my book. What I wrote is called one Journey, the love tuner book. And it's a combination of ancient knowledge, because it's nothing that I invented or anybody invented.

It was always there, will always be there. And if we just raise our consciousness and just be more aware of what frequency is really doing, then it can help us also in our daily lives. And unfortunately, we react to bad frequencies. We are very aware of it. We know, like, whatever the scratching on the chalkboard, the noise on the street, all this stuff upsets us.

We feel. We even talk about when we go into a room, there was a weird vibration. I didn't like this vibe. But we kind of forget how important it is to be exposed to good frequencies and what it does to you. And as Tesla said, if you want to understand the secrets of the universe, you need to think in frequency and vibration.

And I think it's this ancient knowledge we need to bring back. With frequency, we can heal so much, and we all know it. Like how people react to a good message, to a loving world, and how upset people get when somebody shouts at them. And this is like when you, for example, look what cops are getting teached in whenever. When they go to their schools.

It's like to really address somebody, read aloud and shout at someone because it puts everyone in a freeze mode. And for what they're doing, it's absolutely the right thing to do because you intimidate someone. But what it means is basically, one is sending a frequency, the other one is a receiver. And this frequency causes something in your system. And when you expose yourself to good frequencies and have, like, a spiritual hygiene, that you get rid of negative thoughts, you override it.

You lift up your own frequency in a way that you, with positive thoughts, with breath, work, always the love to know whatever you want to use. And when you understand this concept, then you can also find out what is in dissonance and what is in harmony with yourself, what vibes with you, what is in resonance or dissonance. And I think this is the core thing for a happy lifestyle, because a lot of people have relations where we just go, okay, it's nostalgic or it's a business relation, whatever it is, but it does not need to be necessarily good for you. And often we stay way too long in something what we know, you know, we feel it. And you have a meeting with someone and might be even family, and you go, oh, my God, that feels like somebody took my energy.

This was a vibration that was nothing. And then sometimes you have a communication with someone and you go, wow, that was amazing. You know, this was like, it's not even about what you talk, but it's just a vibe you feel. And if somebody is authentic, if somebody, you know, has your best interest, if somebody's interested to listen to, and the messages they give is positive. And this is what I think is the beauty of the 528 hz frequency.

Because this frequency is so pure and so healing, that whatever it is, it brings up stuff in you that you need to look at and transform. And it just overall elevates your feelings. It just makes you, I would not say a happier person, but it helps you to be happier. And if you trust into it, if you trust into frequency, and you're not a doubtere, then it's even easier, because most of the stuff that we do is always mind driven. And the love frequency or resonance of the core of our hearts.

So what it basically does is it brings you out of your head into your heart. And this is actually where life really should happen. It's like the mind is there. Okay, don't touch the oven when it's hot. Don't cross the road when there's traffic.

But everything what is really out there is on a heart level. And our magnetic field of the heart is way bigger than the magnetic field of our brain, for example. Yeah. So, you know, like, our hearts are always curious. So on a heart level, humans want to connect.

You know, like, if they connect to someone, hearts are always curious. What literally separates us is our intellect. You know, like, whatever it is, whatever layer we have complete, conditioned. And on a heart level, there's no separation. And this is why overall, in the individual healing, in community healing, it's always the best.

Literally connect on the heart level. And with this breath work what the laugh tuna does in connecting to the 520 hz frequency, it creates heart coherence. And when you do this in a group or when you do it with your partner, you basically connect on this frequency carpet of this sound carpet of 120. It just, it sounds very complicated. But the beautiful thing is it's instantly and very simple.

Everybody can use a little flute, do a breathing break, close your eyes, you know, and just, and just also start trusting into the power of your own power, because this is where everything lies. And the more you get self empowered, the less you keep on looking on the outside. And this gives you not only personal freedom, but it also makes you vibrate higher. You have more vibrant experiences in life. You have better experiences in life.

And overall, you're living a happier and more fulfilled life. I love it. I talk all the time about, there's two states of being. You're either in consciousness or you're an ego, right? And as humans, because of that DNA trait that we all have, that fight or flight, it happens so often.

And what I'm curious about, Sigmar, is when you have something that triggers you, and all of our triggers come from our childhood, something that we learned way back when that are still there. When you have that trigger, how does, I mean, I understand how the love tuner will obviously raise your frequency, because when you're in a negative state, the quickest way to get out of it is just start focusing on everything that you have to be grateful for. And the gratitude will help raise your frequency. But what about, does it offer any, because you say it's opening the door to personal healing. What about when you have this emotional wounds?

Does it help erase any of those? Or is it just helping you in that moment? Does it help to truly heal? Or is it just in that moment and then you need to do the work yourself? Which kind of guesses probably more the case.

Is there a quick fix? Can we just blow on this thing and be done? Be done with it? I mean, listen, it's spirituality. Regardless if it's the laugh tune or whatever you do, it's like, you know, when people finally change their life and go like, okay, I want to be in better shape.

I want to pump, go to the gym, do yoga, whatever is your thing. Ride mountain bike. Buying a mountain bike doesn't do nothing for you, buying a membership in a gym doesn't do anything for you. And whatever you do, and this is the same thing with spirituality, with spiritual hygiene, if you don't go there, nothing will change. And the spiritual process and the spiritual journey is the most frustrating one because it shows you over and over again what needs to be adjusted.

And the beautiful thing is just like, you can also do one thing. And this is like, let's say yoga is not your thing, but going to the gym is your thing. That's the same thing in spirituality, because it makes you aware of what is really good for you. And then also comes to. Because not everything is perfect in life, and it will never be.

And if you have a spiritual routine, if you have a spiritual hygiene, what it helps you is to see a different perspective. And. And the positive stuff will grow and the negative stuff will get less. That's just what it is. Because wherever you send your energy, this is what grows.

It doesn't mean because life can change so fast. And if you run a business, whatever it is, you will always have stuff that is not going your way. That's just what life is all about. And if you constantly do wrong decisions. I write about this also in my book.

This is why we have this so called escalation steps. You know, if. If the mind and the heart is not in coherence, what it does in life, it sends you a small thing, like a little cold, you know, it can send you all the way and we know it. The end state is basically when people get cancer and get really sick. This is just like when they ignore all these escalation steps.

And. And God has a. Has a great plan for us. But there's one downside to the whole thing. And this is he gave us a free will.

And under free will, you can decide every day to mess up your life or make it great, you know? And this is just the struggle of life that we have. And, and I think that's the beauty of it. And if you master this and this is like I always say to people, when you have this attitude of spiritual journey. And a lot of my friends, the.

They are successful in life. They don't even want to necessarily wear this because it makes them look like hippie or whatever. They have it under their shirt. And when shit hits the fan, they use it and go, let's do a breathing break. Let's center on what's really important for me.

And then you can overcome instantly tricky situation. And coming back to your question, yes, laugh. Tuna is an instant helper. Let's call it this way. But it will not do your work.

You know, it will instantly happen. But if you stop doing your own work, if you stop whatever is important to you on your spiritual journey, then this is also the end. Or then life will show you, hey, listen, that's not done yet. Because it's never done. It's like a river.

And the more we try to hold on, and this is why if we refuse to be in a flow state, and this is where we should be. And the most beautiful day, the most beautiful experience, the most beautiful decade in your life, you cannot hold on to it. It's just like you need to trust. You need to flow. And I think also, what is the wrong perception in life is when people go into a spiritual journey that they take it even more offending when other people don't do so.

But this is exactly what I said earlier, you know, this whole resonance or dissonance thing. So if something is in a good vibe with you. Yeah, do it that. Go for it. If something is negative, you need to cut it out, you know?

And this is just like when you often hear from people that go on a spiritual journey, they say, oh, I lost my best friends. I lost even family. You know what I mean? It's just what happens, because you cannot be authentic if you live a fake life, you know, if you smile to stuff that upsets you, you know, it will never change, you know, and this is like, this is also the change that needs to be consciously done, you know, and the next thing is, I mean, we have this kind of slogan, you know, like awakening one heart. Each tune with the love tune, a kind of thing.

But it's not necessarily our purpose to heal the entire world. It's not the individual purpose, because what can you really impact? You can literally only change yourself. That's right. And this has anywhere ripple effect, you know, this goes into, if you want to see it, like very spiritually.

I mean, this is like literally what the universe, you know, responds to you. Yeah, yeah. And that's it, you know, and this is why this so called mind hygiene and negative thoughts, when you get aware of this, and we all have him, because we all had whatever, childhood drama, I don't even know, programming, you know, like bad relations, whatever it is, but that's just there, and we have to deal with it. And it's up to us how we gonna deal with it. Are we a positive person or a negative person?

Are we stay in victim mode? Or are we. We are consciously taking on life and saying, listen, I'm not a victim of my life. I'm not a victim of anybody. And when you reach this state, that is what we understand, or what I understand, is being really free and living a free life, an authentic life.

What I love about this, and thank you for explaining all of that, I knew exactly what you were going to say, but my listeners hear me say it all. The time. And it's nice to have another person say it because most people want that instant gratification. And I love that it does work instantly. And that's important because for those who are just beginning this practice of mindfulness or the growth mindset, the spiritual practices and whatnot, once you get that feeling, you want more of it.

And that's how it's going to help people to help themselves. Right. Because it's a practice just like anything else. Right. Before we hit record, I was telling you how I love to play tennis and, and you do your surfing, some.

Kind of surfing, but surfing, yeah, surfing. Right. And you have to practice at it. Right. And you have to keep practicing it if you want to get better.

If you only, if I only play tennis once a week, I'm not really going to get much better. You're going to kind of stay status quo. And it's the same thing about that, the growth mindset. So for the audience, I haven't tried it. Sigmar is going to send me one to try and I can report back on it later.

But it's another tool to keep with you, to help you because life happens while we're busy making other plans. And as a matter of fact, I feel a little off while we're having, because I'm authentic with my audience. I feel a little off today while we're doing this interview. I'm having technical issues. Nice. It comes with a leaflet. So it says everything, how to use it. And it's really very, very simple. So you do basically six breathing cycles.

You wear it around your neck or, I don't know, you can have it on your nightstands. Important is that you do it consciously and that you do it regularly. So I would recommend do it at least two to three times a day, like in the morning, at night before you go to bed, and every time when something comes up during daytime where you go like Allison, like whatever irritates you. It's just, that's the quick fix, what I was talking about. And then I have my book.

I worked with Steven Sadlier and yeah, a number of years went to multiple retreats that were led by him and it's great. And there's so many different types of meditation. That was the only one that I've tried and still I'm able to access his techniques very easily to this day. And that was, it's been a number of years. 2007 was when I first was introduced to him and his teachings.
